Weekly roundup of science fiction and fantasy shows (as well as movies/specials of note) on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.
On Monday of this week, a show of interest to sci fi fans hits the schedule as Cosmos: Possible Worlds has its debut on Nat Geo. The docu-series hosted by Neil deGrasse Tyson will air two episodes a night on Mondays for the next four weeks. Then on Sunday, HBO’s AI-drama Westworld returns for its highly-anticipated third season at 9 PM EST (see trailer below). Also this week, The CW’s Black Lightning wraps up its third season on Monday. It has already been renewed for a fourth year. Apart from that it is business as usual for sci fi TV for the week, but there are still more shows set to join the schedule in March.
