Vote to Save Lockwood & Co., Legends of Tomorrow, Wynonna Earp, Shadowhunters, and More

Warrior Nun has been saved according to the show’s creator Simon Barry (more on that at this link), and that one just happened to top our season-end poll. So now it is time to give some fuel to other fans trying to save their shows. This is an “all-star” poll of sorts which includes shows that have been cancelled over the past three to four years. These have all seen notable fan attempts to get them revived and they could still return if there is a venue out there willing to take a flyer on them. We will be running this poll through at least August to give fans a chance to vote for their favorite shows, and we will be sharing the results with the networks and streamers.

We will also consider adding other shows that were cancelled relatively recently if they get enough nominations in the comments. If there are at least five separate nominations in comments or at our Twitter Site, they will get added.

Fan efforts to save Warrior Nun were a success, and in recent years we have seen other shows saved like Manifest, The Expanse, Lucifer, and Timeless.  So maybe one or more of the entries on this list will be the next to continue on to a new season after getting cancelled.       1. I tried to vote just for L&Co. But it still wouldn’t tell me I’d already voted. So then I thought maybe I had to vote for 3 so I did and then it still didn’t count. I’ve just come back to check now though and it says I’ve voted. Just thought that if people were given 3 votes I could’ve put all of them for the one show? Although it’s fine now, so thx anyways.

  20. A few weeks ago, 600 people from around the world congregated in Niagara Falls, NY for a WynonnaEarp convention. It’s the 6th one I’ve been to SINCE it was cancelled, and I’m flying to the UK next week to attend another. How can you give up on fans this passionate, this dedicated? THIS could be YOUR fan base, if you pick up Wynonna Earp. Make it work.

  24. Save Lockwood and Co! It is the BEST show and it’s such a shame that it won’t get to live out the excellent storyline drawn by Jonathan Stroud. The books are truly amazing – I have read all of them probably 4 or 5 times each! I cannot believe Netflix would cancel it, what a stupid move. I really wanted to see what the tv-magic people would do with that fabulous story!

    This is an awesome show, which deserves 2nd season! We want to see this story completed! We don’t need endless amounts of seasons! We just want to see books to screen adaptation!

  37. I’m not sure why this claims I already voted when I haven’t, but I’d be delighted to see another season (or… 5? =P) of Lockwood & Co.

    The cast just have such great chemistry, the story and acting are great, it’s just a shame Netflix cancelled it not even 5 months after its completely un-advertised debut. That’s just rude. (Also I feel it’s especially disrespectful to Ruby Stokes, who left Bridgerton in order to be an amazing Lucy in Lookwood & Co, when Netflix basically was already setting it up to fail with its lack of advertisement.)
    I mean, it got nominated for a National Film Award in the category of Best TV drama series 2023 (alongside “veterans” like Doctor Who) and Netflix cancels it? What sense does that make?! Right, none! Plus with it being based on books it’s a) got a dedicated fan base already and b) has a set outline with regards to the future plot, it doesn’t need to be “made from scratch” anymore and could be wrapped up neatly within a certain time frame, think x season plan. (Though I wouldn’t mind it extending past the books eventually ;), but even just getting the book story wrapped up on film would be terrific.)
    These young actors immediately had me hooked and I NEED to see more! What about supporting talented budding young actors on well constructed shows instead of teasing them (and fans) for 1 season and axing it immediately? Shame on Netflix, it’s really no fun anymore watching anything new when you already know it’s likely going to be cancelled anyway – which turns into a vicious circle easily.

    On another note since we’re also talking show which have been axed in the past few years, I’d also love to get a propper resolution on the Order, and if we’re going back even further Dark Matter would be amazing, though I realise with the sets having been sold that’ll be a long shot. But maybe at least Lockwood & Co can be revived!

  39. PLEASE SAVE LOCKWOOD & CO!!
    after watching this show on my own when it came out, I recommended it to multiple of my friends and they all absolutely LOVED it and couldn’t wait for more. I then recommended that my 15 year old brother and I watch it together and even he fell in love with the storyline and characters!! This show attracts so many fans and is so lovable and compelling to watch, it deserves more seasons!!!

    The story and the back story are amazing. The writers and the actors are fantastic and there is so much more to explore. This show should’ve been renewed as it had one of the greatest statistics. Even better ones than Stranger things and Bridgerton. Please save this show.

    It is/was such a wonderful piece of scifi. Please add this to your list. It’s made and written by the same team behind dark. I wish more people had heard about it, but Netflix did a terrible job getting it out there for people to see. Please anyone, give it a chance. It’s worth it, even with the cliffhanger ending. It was set up for a perfect second season. So many mysteries, questions, theories. I hope it gets a chance to explore and expand on the brilliant world it created. It has a dark ominous tone, that sucks you in.

  59. Save Wynonna Earp!! We were promised a season 5 but sadly it got cancelled early. The writers are fantastic and there are plenty more stories to tell and we would love to see our favourite characters back on screen for a new season. Earpers love our cast and wonderful show runner Emily Andras. It won’t let me vote at all. If this is a new poll then there’s a problem because i’ve not been on twitter in months and it’s saying I have already voted, but that’s not true. Save Wynonna such an amazing show with even better people the kindness and inclusion that is allowed and celebrated in this Fandom is a once in a life time experience it has been medicine to the soul for many and it should be allowed to continue what it was ment to be for so many of us and others to come a safe space

          2. Germany might be an issue, not quite certain how the IP addresses work there. Apart from that, I am not hearing that others are having trouble with the poll.

  101. If any show deserves to be saved it’s 1899. From the creators of Dark. Probably the most unique TV show ever. These creators were on their to delivering another excellent story. Netflix needs to reevaluate there model for determining how successful a show is regarding analytics.

    Not everything is going to be an instant hit.

    2. It is an amazing show. I wish it got more attention. I voted for it, and can only hope.

      I agree though, somethings take time to build success. It is beautifully written, amazing cinematography, even the eerie tone. It’s not often something like 1899 comes along. With the success of dark I was surprised it wasn’t at least promoted more. I loved dark but have to say 1899 is special and might (if given the chance) be just as good if not better.

  109. 1899 (Netflix) desperately needs to be on this list! It premiered in late 2022 during the holiday season and performed incredibly well despite the badly timed release window, but was cancelled only 28 days after its premier while still in Netflix’s top 10 list. The petition to save it currently stands at 95.6K votes and counting (https://www.change.org/p/renew-1899-on-netflix). It was supposed to have a 3 season arc like the brilliant show Dark, from the same creators. We need seasons 2 and 3!

    Netflix 22nd most popular show of 2022 with just 6 weeks on the platform, and they cancelled it when it ranked nr 4 globally… The injustice is on a whole other level.

  116. Please save Lockwood and co! It is such a great unique grounded universe and there there is so much possibility of supernatural events! The fans have so much Passion and love for the characters and its world if it only got so much promotion it would have been known to many more people, netflix is deliberately hiding the show, it is never recommend and it is hidden once watched while other shows are being forced unto the forefront of the home page, the show and the charisma of the actors have so much potential if given the chance LOCKLYLE could be the next SCULLY AND MULDER!!! 😁
