Vote to Save Gotham Knights, Warrior Nun, Lockwood and Co., Willow, and More

This poll has ended, and it was a huge success. Yes, there were some glitches with the poll and in the comments section, but that is because the fans blew the site up with their overwhelming response. The poll widget I use and the comments tracker just could not keep up with the demand, so it all got out of hand for a while. But that’s okay, because it is not about the final numbers so much as the engagement from the fans. Below are the final results, but the one at Number 1 is not the winner, all of them are. All of these shows had great support from their fans and all of these results will be shared so that the networks can see which shows fans really want to continue. Whether the executives in charge will do anything with the information remains to be seen. But the efforts of all of the people who participated (and those who kept trying even though the poll widget was faulty) cannot be ignored. These shows should continue and perhaps there are decision-makers out there that will see that.

I will be putting another poll next month that will included the Top 5 cancelled shows from this poll (and possibly more) as well as other shows from the past few years that have been among the ones with the most support from fans. I will also be switching to a better poll widget so that there are few if any glitches. So keep an eye out for that, but for now continue your Call to Action to support the shows you love and perhaps that will help them continue to another season and beyond.   75. I vote for warrior nun, it’s an amazing show with an amazing cast and crew who are all dedicated in the fight and want the show back. This show has brought together so many people when netflix gave the show and cast absolutely nothing. If someone can turn nothing into a masterpiece then that show deserves to continue!

  87. Ugh why does Netflix have to cancel so many good shows! This is a vicious cycle. No one wants to watch single seasons anymore in case the show is cancelled so then the viewer numbers go down and the shows are cancelled anyway.
    I loved the Lockwood & Co. books and eagerly awaited the show’s release. I did not see enough ads or promos for it and sadly feel the show suffered as a consequence. Even with that and a Jan release, the show did pull in good numbers and I’m shocked it was cancelled anyway. 😔

    1. Netflix enjoys making more stuff nobody asked for 365 days,kissing booth are prime examples and they also enjoy licensing crap shows like Riverdale,or the after movies and loves cancelling good shows like L&co,warrior nun,frist kill

    It speaks to so many people across the world, with its nuanced, well-developed ensemble cast of international characters, all superbly well-acted (Sylvia De Fanti is being considered for an Emmy nomination) , gorgeous cinematography, well-choreographed and executed stunt sequences, a refreshingly original mythology that transcends surface tropes, and damn good storytelling. Love the representation not just in the characters/cast, but also in the writers (shoutout to Sheila Wilson, black female screenwriter!) and the rest of the crew (go international stunt team!). The love from the fandom is real for some many reasons. The show runner had planned for at least 5 seasons. This story deserves to be finished.

    1. Please, please, PLEASE! Save Warrior Nun! I’m 35 but Alba Baptista gave me a movie star crush like I was in middle school again and I love that this show focuses so strongly on women. Women heros with men as side characters. Canceling season 3 is an uber disappointment!

I try everyday and it takes 2 to 3 hours to get through and look at the total amount of votes only 6000 votes yesterday I told them I have more trouble trying to vote then I do on #Secawards and I neither read nor speak Spanish. They didn’t post that so their poll is flawed or bias. OR RIGGED most people would give up in 10 minutes max.

    1. Lockwood and Co is the best show. It has everything: friendship, love, amazing characters, incredible atmosphere… I’ve never been so attached to the characters as I am now. I’m obsessed with this story. I’m obsessed with Lucy and Lockwood. I’m 31 years old, and I want to cry like a child that this show was canceled. This should be resumed. You are welcome. You can watch or read this at any age and you will be delighted! It’s an incredibly comfortable world that I want to return to. This is really the best film adaptation of the books. This should be the benchmark for all film adaptations. I feel how much love the actors and creators of the show have invested. Give me back Lucy and Lockwood! It’s the best romantic story I’ve ever seen. I need them…

  139. So many *good* shows are biting the dust this year. It really is very disappointing.
    I know some folks who have said they don’t want to watch a series until they know if it has been renewed or cancelled, but that ends up self-defeating because it lowers the number of people watching a series — which in turn reduces the chance of it being renewed.
    I understand the feeling, however; it difficult to deal with liking a show and wanting to see more of it, only to then find out it has been cancelled and there will not be any more seasons to see.
