The end of the regular season is almost upon us and there are quite a number of sci fi and fantasy shows that have not been renewed yet. The Upfronts kick off on May 16th as the broadcast networks unveil their upcoming schedules to the sponsors, but not much news of interest to sci fi fans will come from those this year. ABC and FOX had no genre entries on their schedules during the regular season, and NBC and CBS have renewed the ones they aired (La Brea and Ghosts respectively). There are still a few CW shows waiting for word on their fates (Naomi, Charmed, Legacies, and more), but that network has already issued some renewals and cancellations (Renewed: Superman & Lois, The Flash, Kung Fu, Riverdale, Nancy Drew; Cancelled: Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman).
The list below includes shows from the current season that have not received a renewal notice along with their current status. Some have been cancelled, some are on the bubble, and some could be headed to renewal. This also includes some carryovers from the prior season that have not received a renewal yet like MODOK and Into the Dark.
I will be sharing these results with the networks and they have shown a willingness to pay attention to numbers beyond what Nielsen reports these days (even the streaming services can be swayed by the voices of the fans). Lucifer, The Expanse, and Manifest were saved in prior seasons and it’s possible that some of this year’s struggling or cancelled shows could elude the Network Executioner as well if their fans are active and engaged. legacies deserve a season 5 I grew up watching Tvd and To and now legacies I grew up with all these shows and it is not the end of legacies they deserve another season

Legacies is just getting better an better!! They cant end it ! Finally we got to understand and know all the characters and im attached!! I hope they keep bringing back the Orginals! I find it so hard to believe that it doesn’t have enough views to be renewed everyone loved tvd

Moi je comprends pas que les gens de chez cw annulé légend of tomorrow parce qu’il y avait un cliffhanger il y avait pas mal de trucs qui devait être mis justement dans la saison prochaine et qu’ils annulent comme ça moi je comprends pas de plus legend of tomorrow est la meilleure série de tous les temps et franchement d’annuler ça c’est juste horrible pour les fans dont moi je pense que à la place d’annuler des très bonnes séries comme les légend de demain on devrait annuler Charmed qui rend pas du tout hommage aux Charmed des années 90 et qui est plus une une sorte de merde plutôt qu’une réelle révolution de Charmed parce que faut dire que la Charmed de cette génération est une merde infâme

Legacies went from SciFi to Fantasy in an extreme way when the God’s were introduced. Cameos from the surviving Vampire Diaries and more Originals characters would help bring it back down to 🌎 earth… Please keep Legacies

You guys should watch archive 81. I watch legacies, and it’s a good series, however, it’s had a good run. Wouldn’t mind if it ended after another season which I doubt it will. Vote for some new life. Archive 81 literally is a refreshing type of horror. I’ve always loved horror and let me tell you, something about archive is different. I’m hoping more people watch to experience what I did. After all, that’s the main problem with archive, it didn’t get as many viewers as it should’ve gotten.
I agree 100%. This was a unique horror series and recommend everyone give it a watch. Was disappointed it was cancelled as the end of season 1 gave the impression there was more story to tell.

Cancel everything else from Arrowverse. Flash is just the most painful thing to watch only because of the sunk cost fallacy. Batwoman is free to go too.
Legends of Tomorrow is my favorite Sci fi show. Just plain fun to watch. Flash is my second favorite. Please at least keep these two shows.
