Weekly roundup of science fiction and fantasy shows (as well as movies/specials of note) on the Prime Time TV schedule, also including programs that may be of interest to genre fans. Air dates and times subject to change without notice.
This week brings no new sci fi TV premieres, but two shows will be having their series finales. On Tuesday, The CW’s Arrow wraps up its eight-year run with its final episode (see trailer below). And on Thursday, NBC’s The Good Place will be coming to an end after four seasons with a one and a half hour finale. Also wrapping up next week is Evil on CBS (it has been renewed for a second season) and on ABC (that show is currently On the Bubble). Note that we previously missed the premiere HBO’s sci fi comedy Avenue 5 which debuted on Sunday, January 19th with little notice. It is added to the schedule now. There are still plenty more Mid-Season shows on the way and you can see the full schedule at this link.

Schedule Notes: If a show is listed as On Hiatus, that means that it is taking a break of more than two episodes in a row. If a streaming series is included in the listings after its premiere date, then it releases new episodes once per week on that day as opposed to releasing its entire season at one time.
