The 2018-19 season wraps up this week and quite a number of shows were cancelled this past year with several more currently facing uncertain fates. Now is the time for you to make your voice heard and cast your vote for the show that you believe most deserves to continue, whether it has already been cancelled or has yet to be renewed. The poll below has all of the shows that were cancelled this past year plus those that are still waiting for an announcement.
I will be sharing these results with the networks and they have shown a willingness to pay attention to numbers beyond what Nielsen reports these days (even the streaming services can be swayed by the voices of the fans). Lucifer and The Expanse were saved by Netflix and Amazon respectively last season and it’s possible that some of this year’s struggling or cancelled shows could elude the Network Executioner as well if their fans are active and engaged. why people are voting for Shadowhunters? it makes no sense… a final season was announced way before it even started, and the show had an ending for all characters. The OA was supposed to have 5 seasons and then Netflix cancelled after the 2nd arrived.

The best tv show I’ve seen in my 76yrs in a long time is THE SHADOWHUNTERS .You can’t go wrong with this one.It has all age group attention.I love this show.

Had to vote for my favorite The OA. It’s such a unique and batshit crazy story with amazing writing that’s littered with clues and riddles everywhere. The OA is by far the most ambitious show I’ve ever seen and it’s just plain unfair to all of the loyal fans to cancel it on the single most insane cliffhanger in television history. Also, to cancel it because of low viewership when you put zero effort into promoting it whatsoever and then hearing a lot of fans didn’t even realize there was a second season until they heard of the uproar over the cancellation is just terrible business. There are some other shows that i wish could be saved too. Deadly Class was my favorite new show. The Passage was just getting started and i was shocked that Fox gave up on it so soon. Travelers was a good one with an interesting and different take on time travel. Swamp Thing was amazing and DC Universe really dropped the ball on that one. Channel Zero was one of the most underrated shows around and everything, in terms of story, that American Horror Story wishes it could be. Then yet another SYFY mistake was Happy! That show deserves a home somewhere. Origin was another underrated show that i just don’t think anyone was aware of because it was stuck on YouTube. Oh, and how could i forget, krypton! The viewers dropped off for some reason but the quality didn’t, I’m kinda hoping HBO Max scoops that one up. What i’ve learned from this is: screw the SYFY network. They have lost all trust with me, if it wasn’t for the magicians, i wouldn’t watch anything on there anymore. Netflix is heading down that same path with all the cliffhanger cancellations and I’m already done with them.
