The 2024-25 season wrapped up in July, and now it is time for our annual “all-star” poll which includes cancelled shows from the past few seasons that fans have tried to save. These are the top-voted posts from our prior polls plus other shows that have received notable attention (Resident Alien was cancelled after the Spring poll closed).
Note that “winning” in this poll is not about which show gets the most votes. In Summer 2023, Wynonna Earp got over 14K votes while Lockwood & Co got just below that and both were big winners. That was a huge outpouring of support for both shows, and that was shared with their networks and other venues that may consider picking them up. Perhaps this time around we will have four or five shows that draw that many votes, and all will count as winners because these numbers will be on full display and will prove that many people want them back.
This list includes shows that have been cancelled in the last three to four years or so (or in the case of The Orville, a show that is in limbo), and I will also consider adding other shows that were cancelled relatively recently if they get enough nominations in the comments. If there are at least five separate nominations in comments or at our social media sites (see list below), they will get added.
You can vote one time for up to five shows. And note that I fixed the glitch from last Summer’s poll that allowed users to vote multiple times.
In recent years, we have seen shows saved like Manifest, The Expanse, Lucifer, and Timeless (even if just briefly) by support from fans. So maybe one or more of the entries on this list will be the next to continue on to a new season after getting cancelled. I love the willow series. It was not a show meant to be taken too seriously it was funny and very witty I hate because of a bunch of haters we didn’t like it and tax cuts by Disney as many it was was the main reason it got canceled as well of lots of other shows without any way of watching them on the online or anywhere trying to save lost media they will never be seen. Hope one day it comes back the Disney or somewhere else

Warrior Nun will always be my favorite. Would very much like to see Willow and Wheel of Time return as well. This poll is full of great shows gone too soon. We don’t need a constant stream of new things – just finish the stories you do have.

I rather watch resident alien, my whole family watches it, and was disappointed that was cancelled. If you decide to put it back on were definitely going to watch them and record them for future watch. Andy tudick sorry for misspelling but he makes the show with the other main cast
It would be the BIGGEST MISTAKE to Remove … Resident alien. I never saw such an outstanding cast and story line . I looked forward to each episode, you become part of the family watching this show . I and a lot of people I’m sure doesn’t want it to end . It’s so much more story to tell . THE GREATEST SHOW that any age would LOVE to watch . I don’t have the words to describe how wonderful Wheel of Time is. I would wish to see it again all the way to the last battle with 12 or more episodes a season. I loved it more than Game of Thrones. I would also like Paper Girls to see one more season. Nice to see women doing things that matter more than looking pretty.
We want to have a full story for The Wheel of Time.
I kind of liked the quirky warrior nun but Wheel of time really is the gem here.

Wheel of time was on fire last season. Season 3 was better then season 2 and was better then 1. So with this trajectory I was very excited for season 4. Unlike for example the Witcher
