Premieres This Week
Strange Planet (Apple TV): Based on the New York Times No. 1 bestselling graphic novel and social media phenomenon of the same name, Strange Planet is a hilarious and perceptive look at a distant world not unlike our own. Set in a whimsical world of cotton candy pinks and purples, relatable blue beings explore the absurdity of everyday human traditions. Premieres on Wednesday.
Schedule Notes
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds wraps up its second season on Thursday on Paramount+. That show has already been renewed for a third year. On Friday, Starz’s Outlander has its mid-season finale and will return with the back half of its seventh season likely in early 2024. That show has been renewed for an eighth and final season. On Saturday, Ms. Marvel wraps up its encore run on ABC with three more back-to-back episodes.
