When Vikram returns to his castle in Belgrade, Serbia and discovers that it is now a museum, he inadvertently releases magic across the continent. This series is a spinoff of the acclaimed original television and film franchise following the adventures of the custodians of a magical repository of the world’s most powerful and dangerous supernatural artifacts. TNT

Season 2 Description: This season, the team must confront not only external threats but also their own deepest fears and darkest nightmares. Lysa (Olivia Morris) and Connor (Bluey Robinson) grapple with the realities of their new roles as Librarians, while Charlie (Jessica Green) struggles under the weight of being the team’s sole Guardian. Vikram (Callum McGowan), meanwhile, must surrender his lone-wolf instincts to fully embrace team mentality. Further complicating matters, the group unexpectedly crosses paths with legendary magician Merlin (Dominic Monaghan), who challenges the very foundation of the Library and tempts them to break its most sacred rule.

Status: This series has wrapped up its second season, and there has been no word on third year renewal yet. Its linear viewing numbers have been decent for a basic cable series, averaging around a 0.07 score based on same-day viewing for the 18-49 demographic. But TNT acquired this when The CW decided not to air the show, and it has now completed the two seasons that were originally planned. TNT has mostly backed away from scripted programming, and there is no indication at this point that they intended to keep it going further than its original order. But series creator and showrunner Dean Devlin has plans for more seasons, so there is still a chance that the story can continue. I am not moving this one to Bubble status yet, but it is close, and fans should certainly make some noise on the social networks if they want more from this one.
