Axiom’s Edge Sci Fi Newsletter

The free Axiom’s Edge Sci Fi Email Newsletter is a new way for us to deliver news, updates, and scheduling information to our followers relating to sci fi and fantasy television, movies, and more. This newsletter will go out twice a week, with additional special editions from time to time.  It is also a great way to support the Axiom’s Edge Sci Fi sites—AxiomsEdgeSciFi.com, CancelledSciFi.com, and Cult-SciFi.com—and help us reduce the number of ads we run. As we build up subscriptions to the newsletter, we can attract partners and sponsors that offer more relevant ads and promotions and help us move away from the more intrusive advertising from places like Google and Mediavine.

We encourage you to sign up for the newsletter (we only need your email address, which we promise never to sell to third parties) and to let others know about it as well (for more ways you can help support our sites and reduce ads, go to this link).  And as a thank you for signing up, we are offering a free copy of the first edition of Why Were They Cancelled?, which looks back at why sci fi and fantasy shows have been cancelled so often over the years. You will receive details on how to download the book in the welcome email after you sign up.

Following are the regular features of the newsletter:

Sci Fi TV Weekly Transmission: Going out on Mondays, this will highlight premieres of sci fi and fantasy shows for the coming week along with news, updates, scheduling information, and more.

Sci Fi Movie Weekly Transmission: Going out on Thursdays, this will highlight movie premieres for the weekend and beyond along with news, updates, and scheduling information.

Exclusive Posts: On occasion, we will put out exclusive posts offering in-depth looks at industry news related to sci fi and fantasy television and movies as well as deep dives into the genre. Most recently, we posted an article looking at the decline in sci fi and fantasy entries on the broadcast networks and how unscripted programming is taking over the schedule. You can see that one at this link once you have subscribed.

Be sure to sign up and we look forward to your continued support of our sites.
