Sci Fi/Fantasy TV Shows Premiering This Week


The Mandalorian (Disney+): The journeys of the Mandalorian through the Star Wars galaxy continue. Once a lone bounty hunter, Din Djarin has reunited with Grogu. Meanwhile, the New Republic struggles to lead the galaxy away from its dark history. The Mandalorian will cross paths with old allies and make new enemies as he and Grogu continue their journey together. Season 3 premieres on Wednesday.

Despite the cancellation of 1899, Baron bo Odar and Jantje Friese have started on their next project at Netflix which is an adaptation of the Boom! Studios comic Something Is Killing The Children . . . The planned reboot/revival of True Blood will not be going forward at HBO . . . The prequel TV series to the It movies is in the works at HBO Max and it will be titled Welcome to Derry.
