Sci Fi TV Highlights This Week: Premieres for Obi-Wan Kenobi and Stranger Things S4

Sci Fi/Fantasy TV Shows Premiering This Week

Obi-Wan Kenobi (Premieres May 27th on Disney+): The story begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader. The first two episodes will be available for streaming on Friday and the show will release one per week after that.

Stranger Things (Season Premieres May 27th on Netflix): It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down. The first seven episodes of Season 4 will be available on May 27th with the rest premiering July 1st.
