Why Did It End? This fantasy entry started off as a mini-series, but performed quite well and they decided to continue the story. It was renewed for a second season and then a third, with the latter planned as its last. But because of some of the allegations against showrunner Neil Gaiman, that was truncated to a final 90-minute episode. It was rushed and did not cover all the territory originally planned for the show, but it at least resolved most of the storylines.
