The Charts: Once Upon A Time and Agents of SHIELD Rise on the Charts

once-upon-a-time-s4For last week, we saw most of the usual suspects in the charts and mostly at similar ranks to where they have been.  ABC’s Once Upon A Time did manage to improve its ranking in the broadcast net Top 25 based on the ratings in the 18-49 demo as it climbed to the Number 14 slot after this past Sunday’s ratings rebound.  Gotham also improved by one rung last week and it is no longer at the edges of the Top 25.  The Walking Dead topped all the charts it was on–as usual–except the cable Top 25 based on total viewers where it was second to Monday Night Football.  But it did pull a higher rating in the 18-49 demo with a 7.6 score vs. MNF’s 6.9.  Agents of SHIELD jumped up for the week in the broadcast network General Sentiment charts that measure activity across the social networks.  I am behind on that one on DVR, so don’t know if there was a character cross-over that may have driven the jump, but at least it is a little good news for the show which has been struggling in the ratings.  It looks like that broadcast net GS chart reshuffled notably for last week and apparently that one is a bit more volatile than the other charts.  Also, both Grimm and Constantine fell out of that chart with their seconds eps from the current season.  The latter doesn’t surprise me too much but I would have expected to see Grimm stick around.  We will see if it manages to climb back in next week.
