The Charts: American Horror Story Ends Season 3 in Cable Top 10

american-horror-story-coven-cancelledIt was pretty slim pickens’ in the charts last week for genre shows with repeats and preemptions on the broadcast networks, but FX’s American Horror Story: Coven did manage to make some waves with its Season 3 finale.  Not only did the episode pull pretty strong ratings, it also moved up to the Number 10 slot on the Cable Top 25 for the week based on its total viewers.  That episode also scored pretty high in the Nielsen Twitter Rankings, as it rose to the Number 4 slot on that chart.  MTV’s Teen Wolf also continued its run on that chart, though it slipped a few rungs to Number 6 for the week.  Expect to see Agents of SHIELD and Person of Interest return to the Top 25 for the broadcast nets for this week and Almost Human might even creep into the bottom based on the fact that a 1.8 rating was good enough to get on the charts for last week.
